Is the packaging really discreet?
Always. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside or who it is from — no product names, no branding, no imagery. The sender appears as a neutral, non-descript name.
What will show up on my bank statement?
A discreet descriptor rather than the words “Sunset Seduction.”
How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery within the United States typically takes another 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order over $75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. If you are elsewhere and would like to order, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate you.
Can I track it?
Yes — we email a tracking number the moment your order ships. If you created an account, order status also lives under My Account.
Orders & returns
Can I return something?
Unopened items in their original, factory-sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For the protection of every customer, intimate items that have been opened or used cannot be returned — this is a health and hygiene standard across the sexual-wellness industry, not a policy we invented. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sunsetseduction.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
How do I use my welcome offer?

Are the products body-safe?
We carry established brands — LELO, We-Vibe, Tenga, Le Wand and others — that use body-safe silicone, ABS and stainless steel. If a material matters to you, it is listed on the product page.
